MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Posting of incoming and outgoing intercompany invoices
* Intercompany reconciliations of accounts on monthly basis – assist in the monthly closing process to include preparation of journal entries, expense allocations, account analysis and reconciliations
* Work on reduction of the items posted to the suspense account, actively working on clearing those items to appropriate GL
* Monthly intercompany reconciliation – include downloading GL from SAP, preparing proper reconciliation, confirming balances with country partners, solving any discrepancies within threshold limit , determination and posting unrealized foreign exchange gain/loss
* Control of records accuracy in SAP
* Reporting on balance due amounts
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Min. 1 - 2 years experience in accounting, preferably intercompany accounting
* Education in Economics / Accounting / Finance
* Fluent English language is a must, Czech language is not required
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus
* MS Office
* Dynamic personality, ability to solve problems, accuracy
