Customer management roles for German speakers /up to 33 000 CZK/

For our international client we are looking for people for the customer care roles.
Do you have a passion for service? Are you driven by customer satisfaction? Or would you like to just get a new experience in customer service and administration?
This is a great opportunity to get challenging job, suitable for graduates as well!
Are you interested more in back office or rather front office? You can choose between those positions:
Customer Management – Front Office
Main responsibilities:
• To deliver front line customer service to customers
• To deliver a right 1st time customer experience
• Delivery of portfolio volume and revenue targets to agree levels through share of wallet, cross sell and up sell activity
• Participation in integration of processes to the CRM, department processes and complaints processes
Customer Management - Back Office
• To complete all back office tasks such as set up new accounts, transaction queries, customer requests
• Support the business with the resolution of all customer queries
• Own inbound customer communication via email, web and the online self-serve channels
• Establishment of pricing routines for both fuel and non-fuel products
• Manage overall fee programme
• Participation in setting up of department processes, including the complaints process
Requirements:
• at least 0,5 year of experience in administration or customer service communication
• fluent German is must (2nd language Czech or English)
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy with the ability to learn customer service software applications
• Technical troubleshooting skills an advantage
• Customer and detail oriented
