Demand Planning Manager (several countries)

The responsibilities:
• Volume shipments demand planning for all 12 countries of the Central European Cluster
• Demand Planning Sources maintenance
• Scenarios input: Price repositioning / Excise Tax impacts on Total market and for all competitors / market launches impacts
• Business cases: volumes and SoM% input
• Cycle meetings process input

Basic requirements:

• MS office advanced (Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language fluent
• Ability to manage stakeholders
• Open minded and team player
• Excellent usage of mathematical and analytical skills
• Demand planning experience minimum 3 years in FMCG or 5 years of senior analytical experience
• Proven record of successful people leadership
• Understanding and interpretation of figures (numbers and percentages) on top level
• Capability of presenting and explaining numbers simply to the wider audience
