As Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing and compiling payroll data to ensure payroll processes and information are accurate and current. You will be providing updated payroll, tax and employee benefit information to the SAP HCM payroll system and processing weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payrolls, as required, by payroll customers.
Job Description:
* Tax issues, benefits, tuition reimbursements,
* Payroll and expense payments,
* Answering complex employee questions in terms of tax under- and over-payments,
* Deductions and deposits
We require:
* At least 1 year experience with Payroll
* English fluency (at least B2)
* Dutch or German language knowledge is plus!! (at least B1)
* University degree - Finance, Accountancy or related field
* Punctual person
* Numerical thinking
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
