HR Specialist for global company

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:

• Coordinating and administering HR processes such as personnel administration, on-boarding of new employees, employee benefit programs, employee relations, leaves of absence, joining and leaving, personal details changes, etc.
• Compensation and benefits administration regarding Off-boarding and Exit Interviews, Pensions, etc.
• Support to company employees and line managers (be the first point of contact for them)
• Responsible for interpreting and advising on Company policies and procedures for employees and managers
• Responsible for whole Employee Life Cycle within the company
• Collecting, analyzing and validation of HR data
• Reporting
• Participate in projects and migrations as needed (their coordination incl. establishing new processes, their testing and controlling)
• Liaises with other HR teams to complete processes, diagnose issues and improve handoffs
• Cooperation with other internal HR/Payroll/Data Management/Finance departments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role from corporate international company (Shared Service Centre)
• Fluent in English is must (knowledge of German, French, Italian, Swedish or Dutch would be an asset)
• Advanced knowledge of SAP or similar system (People Soft, etc.)
• HR Master data skills
• Experience with project management is a plus
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good analytical skills, experience with working on projects within international teams
• Ability to work under pressure
