For our respected client we are looking for English speakers with experience in administration/finance, preferably within a Global company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The main responsibility of this position is to be the single point of contact for our customers /clients for operational issues around:
Accounting tasks / invoices / purchase order processing and problem solving and communication with clients
• Maintaining transactions
• Ad hoc administrative activities, data entry, reporting, working with an internal systém
• Managing the dispute resolution process
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related fields
• Fluent English is must - language of the company
• Communicative German is a big advantage!
• Administrative experience (data entry, accounting administration)
• MS Office – advanced (mainly Excel)
• Accuracy and flexibility
• Pro-activity and dynamic personality
