HR Data Management Specialist with English

Main responsibilities:

• Working with the Global project team on all areas of SAP knowledge transfer, infrastructure testing and implementation
• Uses SAP HCM query tools to generate reports in support of customers
• Provides general SAP HCM support to customers
• Data Management activities
• Develop standards, controls, and tools to ensure the data integrity of the SAP HCM application
• Support all department business activities ensuring that SLAs are either met or exceeded
• Providing a first class, high quality, professional Data Management Services to the clients across EMEA
• Consulting with customers regarding business needs and requests for configuration changes or new functionality
• Providing leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
• SAP reporting, SAP troubleshooting

Main requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Min. 2 years of human resources experience (with HR principles, practices and procedures)
• Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS)
• Experience with SAP HCM is strongly preferred
• Advanced English knowledge (fluent French or German is a big advantage!)
• Experience with database management, payroll agenda is preferred

• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal for interacting with all levels of human resource information systems (HRIS)
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
• Good organization and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
