Job Description:
* Compiling payroll data to ensure payroll processes (Tax issues, benefits, tuition reimbursements, etc.)
* Processing weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payrolls
* Payroll and expense payments,
* Answering complex employee questions in terms of tax under- and over-payments,
* Deductions and deposits
We require:
* At least 1 year experience with Payroll (ie. support to payroll deparment, preparing payroll data, etc.) or at least 2 years of experience in accounting (from General Ledger / Labour accounting / Treasury)
* English fluency is required (daily communication with foreigners)
* Interest in payroll area!
* Fluent German is a big advantage!
* University degree - Finance, Accountancy or related field
* Working experience with SAP or Oracle or similar programs
* Punctual person
* Numerical thinking
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
