MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Purchase order creation and processing using SAP SRM system
  • Create SRM shopping carts from purchase request in SAP
  • Responsible for solving purchase orders related queries that come from requesters as well as suppliers
  • Processing of purchase requests
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks
  • Reporting

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
  • University degree in administration, economics or related fields
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with administration, data entry, basic accounting, invoices, etc.
  • MS Office - user
  • Details orientation, accuracy, flexibility, willingness to learn, team player
