HR Specialist with English

We are looking for candidates who can offer HR experience within international companies (ideally Shared Serviced HR).

Key requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources management
* Experience working with the SAP HCM module, PeopleSoft
* Fluent in English and second language - prefarably German, Dutch and Nordic languages
* Very good analytical skills, experience with working on projects within international teams
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information

Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and administering HR processes such as personnel administration, on-boarding of new employees, employee benefit programs, employee relations, leaves of absence, joining and leaving, personal details changes, etc.
* Compensation and benefits administration regarding Off-boarding and Exit Interviews, Pensions, etc.
* Support to company employees and line managers (be the first point of contact for them)
* Responsible for interpreting and advising on Company policies and procedures for employees and managers
* Responsible for whole Employee Life Cycle within the company
* Collecting, analyzing and validation of HR data
* Reporting
* Participate in projects and migrations as needed (their coordination incl. establishing new processes, their testing and controlling)
* Liaises with other HR teams to complete processes, diagnose issues and improve handoffs
* Cooperation with other internal HR/Payroll/Data Management/Finance departments
