MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The main responsibility of this position is to be the single point of contact for our customers /clients for operational issues around:
Accounting tasks / invoices / purchase order processing / billing and problem solving and communication with clients
• Maintaining transactions in SAP
• Ad hoc dministrative activities, data entry, reporting, working with an internal system
• Managing the dispute resolution process
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
• Fluent English is must - language of the company
• Communicative German (intermediate)
• Administrative experience from international company(data entry, accounting / finance administration)
• MS Office – user
• Interest in accounting / finance / administration
• Accuracy and flexibility
• Pro-activity and willing to learn new things
