There is open position of SENIOR BILLING ANALYST with Advanced Access

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handling and verification / enhancement of the data collected from Service Delivery and other operational organizations
* Preparation of billing input into Billing systems and verification of the outcome
* Reporting of billing data in various formats as required by client
* Database Administration: responsible for building and maintaining databases
* Organize Access/VBA training for other members of the team
* Some of the logic within the tools was written in Visual Basic, and our support resource needs to be able to make changes, enhancements, etc. to the VB functionality, as need arises
* Assist in the preparation, analysis, review, verification, and reconciliation of various records, financial reports and statements.
* Updates information in electronic accounting systems/spreadsheets (Access Databases, Excel, SAP)
* Uses office automated systems to facilitate accounting tasks, generate basic financial reports, and respond to general inquiries
* Perform data entry, filing, and maintenance
* Financial analysis and reporting


REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of a High School diploma (A-level), University degree in is preferred
* Fluent English is must (daily use with foreigners)
* Knowledge of MS Access required!
* Experience with programming is a big plus
* MS Office - advanced (mainly MS Excel)
* Interest in accounting / finance
* Accuracy and flexibility
