Buyer Junior with English and German Language

For our client, the company acting in electronic area we are looking for candiates with english and german language for position of Pruchaser Junior.

You will be responsible for coordinating end to end purchasing process starting with converting a purchasing requisition into a Purchase Order and finishing with goods receipt and securing payment. You will also be responsible for daily communication with international supplier base worldwide, not only operationally, to secure timely delivery and flawless quality but also to develop suppliers towards high performance.

Tasks:
• Handle order placing – process all requisitions coming from internal customers, converting them into POs
• Coordinate delivery process, collecting order confirmation and overseeing production and expedition at suppliers to ensure availability of parts
• Work in SAP environment on daily basis
• Manage non-conformities of the parts
• Apply SCM standards, tools and processes for business continuity in the area of responsibility
• Report regularly applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Ensure successful execution of sourcing projects with respect to Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD)

Requirements:
• Appropriate university education, a degree in purchasing, engineering, economics or other relevant areas with preferable logistics background
• 1-3 years of experience as a buyer in a multicultural environment
• Understanding of ERP based processes; SAP purchasing and logistics module knowledge would be an asset.
• Fluency in English and German
• Ability to work independently with self-drive and implementation power
• Team player mind-set with good communication skills and high degree of cultural awareness
• Experience in technical field would be of advantage
