Tasks and responsibilities
  • Understand HR processes and be able to create and implement them
  • HR SPoC for employees
  • Employee development planning; Talent management
  • Creation of documentation, description of processes
  • Interfacing with accountancy for pay rolling
  • Participation on hiring of new employees; Terminating employees
  • Writing appraisals
  • Corrective actions
  • Controlling working hours and holidays
  • Close cooperation with the team leaders and with Back office team and Recruiters
  • The responsibility will be not only in the Czech Republic – it will be “Group function” with the aim to implement HR processes and coordinate HR activities in ca. 4 countries

Profil kandidáta

Skills
  • HR education and experience
  • Experience with HR in various countries
  • Understand HR processes (ideally experience in medium sized company – global level)
  • Knowledge of labor law (CZ)
  • Great communication and coordination skills
  • Languages: fluent English, German and Czech is a MUST
  • Flair to work with people
