  • Purchase order creation using SAP SRM system, based on demand for orders from the business
  • Purchase order processing – create SRM shopping carts from purchase request
  • Obtain authorization for shopping carts
  • Processing of purchase requests to agreed standard and timescale ensuring accuracy
  • General administration tasks such as opening of post, filing, archiving, etc.
  • Reporting

Profil kandidáta

  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Experience with purchasing, accounts payable would be an asset
  • MS Office
  • Dynamic personality, ability to handle a number of tasks at the same time,
  • Advanced MS Office
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
