Job description

• Pre-checking of invoices and Tax requirements
• Processing of invoices or travel and expenses statements
• Solving problems related to the payment of invoices
• Work mainly with SAP systems (GEMS, IPES, Stripes, FILMS)
• Communication with both internal and external clients
• Set up of vendors and communication with banks

Requirements of Candidate

• Fluent in English and other languages
• Analytical skills capability
• Flexibility to learn different countries specific procedures
• Team Work oriented
