Your profile:
*Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or equivalent education and experience
*Fluent English and German
*Experience working with human capital management system – SAP, PeopleSoft etc.
* Previous HR experience, background from corporate or shared service environment
*Basic business and analytical problem solving skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Your responsibilities:
* Coordinate and administer specific CSS HR process (employee benefit programs, leaves of absence etc.)
* Counsel and advise employees about processes and applicable CSC policies
* Act as liaison between employees and applicable suppliers (e.g., health plan administrators), research questions, and discuss/resolve problems, as required
* Responsible for interpreting and advising on Company policies and procedures for employees and managers
* Investigate, assess and recommend solutions to employee queries
