As a Global Helpdesk Specialist, you will be an in house IT expert providing high quality end user support to all consultants and colleagues worldwide via email, phone and chat.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all kind of IT and related issues. To be able to do this, you will leverage internal resources and tools.

✔ Your main role will be helping end users to get their business technology up and running as quickly as possible. For that reason you should be a person with strong expertise in the IT customer support field.
✔ You will be providing premium IT support to all employees in terms of OS and standard IT applications, LAN, WAN and HW issues related to PCs and mobile devices.
✔ You will be managing user technical problems and provide effective solutions.
✔ You will be collaborating with other internal IT support and development teams on a daily basis.
✔ Moreover, you should demonstrate a high degree of patience and a strong understanding of the business needs of the firm´s end users.
