Regional Business Development Specialist

Popis pozice
We are searching for candidates for position Business Development for our client - Russian company which provides services in outsourcing and leasing of personnel and services of implementation of Human Capital Management. Their customers are leading World and Russian FMCG-companies, telecom companies, banks, retailers and industrial holdings.
Main responsibilities:
• search for new customers in Europe
• sell products of Human Capital Management systems from the leading USA and EU partners
• develop partnerships with new customers
• cooperation with the project team: task giving, leadership and regular control of the project
• development process and further presentation of the project solutions to the clients
• representative functions: participation in the client´s events and presentations, conferences and forums
• Europe basic market research
• weekly reporting to Managing Partner
• monthly reporting for key stakeholders
Candidate requirements:
• min. 3 years of experience in successful sales (IT solutions, espcially for HR is appreciated)
• advanced communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills
• goal oriented
• ability to work under the stress efficiently
• international approach
• the ability for business trips
• the ability to manage people without formal authority
• fluent knowledge of English – written and oral is obligatory, additional European language is appreciated, Czech language is needed
• knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Kronos is advantage
