Job description, responsibilities and duties

Become a part of one of the Denmark´s leading consultancies in IT development with deep roots in the pharmaceutical industry and the operations centre in Prague. Are you customer oriented, highly motivated and interested in IT field? Do you speak both English and German/French fluently?

Then join our client as an IT Support at Service Support Center in Prague.

We are looking for 1st and 2nd level support and for 1st level we are open to the fresh graduates (IT field)!!

As an IT Support you will:
✔ handle incoming calls
✔ handle incidents and service requests ranging from end user login problems
✔ communicate support related solutions and provide best service
✔ work in the team where you will share your professional knowledge and experience with co-workers naturally
✔ have a strong wish to improve and develop your personal and professional skills
✔ provide the support from 8:00am to 18:00pm, no weekends or nights (shifts are planned one month in advance so you can choose if you prefer morning or afternoon)

Requirements for the employee

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2) or
Turkish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
Microsoft Windows - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

As an ideal candidate you should have:
✔ at least 1 year of experience in IT Support
✔ written and spoken German/French/Turkish (at least B2)
✔ written and spoken English (at least B2)
✔ interest in IT field
✔ good time management and prioritization skills
✔ excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with customers
