Our client is international company with more than 40 stores in Czech Republic. For this client we are seeking for candidate who wants to take responsibilities in these areas:
  • Stock loss prevention
  • Anti-fraud risk management

  • Responsible for control of standards and procedures in all stores
  • Optimize of store processes
  • Recognize of risks and work on improvements to mitigate them
  • Quality check on consistent way of working in the stores
  • Follow up on open items out of internal audits
  • Audits/store visits (scheduled and non scheduled)
  • Development of security concepts
  • Development and control of internal procedures
  • Development of training concepts
  • Analysis of inventory differences
  • Cooperation with detecting and dealing with Fraud
  • Cost-benefit-analysis of projects regarding security and stock loss prevention

Profil kandidáta

  • Good knowledge in retail industry with a strong focus over the store operations
  • Good knowledge of Czech and English
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Stress resistance
  • Analytical mindset. Processes are examined from all perspectives.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel). Knowledge of SAP and Lotus Notes is an advantage
