As a Windows Specialist you will be part of a highly skilled and experienced global team focusing on ensuring that our customers' server operations are running smoothly.

You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, which e.g. include:
✔ Challenging and complex assignments on a daily basis within supportive processes, criticalities factors, regulatory requirements and audits
✔ Cross-technological troubleshooting and root-cause analyses, i.e. in taskforces and Major Incidents
✔ Handle documentation, QA, and GxP demands
✔ Microsoft server operation in all aspects, both in daily operations including what implies of actions to be taken when critical incidents occur, but also participate in a duty setup

As a person it is important that you:
✔ Show confidence in your decisions and are able to make fast decisions in a complex environment, without compromising the focus on high quality
✔ You are structured in your daily work
✔ You have fluent English (written and spoken)
