Other tasks:
- To ensure that standard processes and procedures are operated consistently
- Dealing with and managing customer expectations
- To deliver all service level agreements to high level of competency
- Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- To develop the close working relationship and liaison with the business to optimise
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactive performance management as defined by agreed KPIs
- Participate in customer service improvement initiatives to ensure excellent customer service is
- Contribute to the efficient provision of service to clients by ensuring that the Commercial
- Supervise the activities of the Commercial Administration Support Team members by close
Profil kandidáta
Requirements:
Skills:
- Experience working within a Shared Service or/and administration or/and customer service environment
- Knowledge of risk and fraud prevention and basics of collections process
- Ability to leading a team
- Knowledge of billing methods is advantage
- Ability to work under pressure to meet KPIs
- Dealing with complex issues
- Attention to detail
Skills:
- Good knowledge of SAP is high advantage
- Have excellent communication and IT skills (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Czech)
- Self motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as work on own initiative
