IT Service Desc Analyst With English and German

As an IT Service Desc Analyst you will be a part of an applications support team. Role accountabilities will include:

• Logging and tracking request, maintaining history records
• Understanding computerized data entry system and users of these systems to track activities
• Maintaining composure in critical situations
• Working closely with other team members and supporting teams in resolving open issues
• Daily cammunication with customers via phone and email

Requiremens:

• Speak fluent English & German. Fluency in other languages is an advantage
• Pervious experience in the IT help desc capacity or customer service background will be an advantage
• Experience in Lotus Notes troubleshooting will be an asset
• Strong general communication skills
• Good analytical problem solvingskills
