What should be your skill set:
Good English and one other language – German, Spanish, French or Arabic (B2 – C2)
Ability to multitask – so you could manage your time like a boss
Excellent communication skills – to be a strong support for your colleagues and customers
Experience with customer service – preferred, but not necessary
Knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel

What are your responsibilities going to be:
Working with b2b business team on creation of large b2b service and product proposals
Working closely with the internal business team to gather information and data to help them
Owning end to end various customer requests/task and proactively drive them to closure
Proactive management/resolution of sales/customer workload
Managing preparation of large proposals project by project
Dealing with partners/resellers
Driving process improvements in the day to day work
