What should be your skill set:
Good English and German (B2 – C2)
Knowledge of MS Office/ MS Excel
Previous experience on an administrative position is an advantage (not a must)
Flexibility, independence, eye for a detail and ability to learn quickly

What are your responsibilities going to be:
Preparation of contracts with underwriter and reviewing them
Maintaining, updating and amending information for contracts
Renewing and cancelation of contracts on annual basis
Registration of new submissions and contracts
Preparation and generate documentation papers
Develop and maintain good relationships with team members and client representatives
