Become an IT Specialist and Help Customers

The goal of our help desk is to provide a high level of service to our customers in Germany. To attain this goal we need you to help us communicate with customers and solve their technical issues. Are you customer oriented and a German speaking person? Send us your CV!

To get this job you need to speak both German and English at least on level B2. You should be an analytically thinking team player, who enjoys working with people from different countries, as well as working independently.
