Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our Client is a highly successful UK company with a strong presence in the London area, specialising in structural steel , architectural metal work and facades.
They are currently seeking to appoint a Project Manager in order to manage and control site based Project Teams and subcontractors and ensure effective performance.
Reporting to the Site Operations Director, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with Clients, Personnel on site and higher Management as well as manage and lead on project Health and Safety, quality and environmental issues.
The ability to ensure that disciplines are implemented in order to meet targets for Health and Safety, cost, quality and on time delivery will be critical to this role. This will include liason with Management and Departments in NI.
