Integration and SW Development Manager

Responsibilities will include:

• Planning the work-stream to ensure all activities and required resourced are identified and scheduled.
• Leading the technical analysis required to ensure a robust and agreed set of designs for each required integration point and development.
• Co-ordination of numerous internal teams and external third parties in achieving the successful development and integration of a wide range of systems.
• Undertaking governance activities including RAID log maintenance, schedule and budget management, reporting, change control, etc.
• Working closely with the test team to ensure a high quality set of outputs is achieved.


Skills:
• Good understanding of IT software development lifecycle (SDLC) and test practices (STLC).
• Previous experience either as a software development or integration manager.
• Good project management experience ideally coupled with formal qualifications (PMP, Prince 2).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Analytical thinker with solid planning and people management capability.
• Strong leadership experience, with both internal teams and 3rd party suppliers.
