Purpose:
The Country Sales Manager Card covers three main responsibilities:
First, the incumbent is accountable for delivering the country budget and acting as team leader for the local Card sales force. In addition, the incumbent acts as point of contact for the Regional Sales Manager for country specific topics.
Second, he/she is directly involved in managing the most important accounts in the assigned country.
Third, the Country Sales Manager is managing the Card interface to Retail on a country level
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver budget for the country (volume, margin, cost, etc.) for B2B fuel card and B2B/B2C Voucher/Giftcard
- Manage local card Sales force
- Support Regional Sales Manager
- Manage most important accounts in the country
- Facilitate continuous information flow with Retail
- Manage interface with Retail organization
- Monitor performance and take corrective measures
- Implement marketing activities
- Lead and develop team

- Proven track record in delivering results in challenging business environment
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Driving license for passenger cars
- People management and team leadership skills
- Negotiations skills and persuasiveness
- Sales oriented person, good presentation skills
- Self-starting character with independent working style
- Willingness to deliver results

- Flexibility and willingness for business travel
