We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst, who will be responsible for executing the CEGI Sales Operations strategies by deep diving and reinforcing the Sales Analytics, assessing the Sales Force Effectiveness and Distributor Performance, setting up a Distribution Sales Tracing system in place, driving the SFDC adoption/usage through reporting and analytics and leading the SAP Territory Management process for the entire Emerging Markets Region.

The Sales Operations Analyst is expected to either be located in Prague or Bratislava, or to be considering and willing to relocate.

The Primary Responsibilities of the Sales Operations Analyst are:

*Analyse/deep-dive the CEE Sales Operations Analytics, report the findings and recommend improvement points
*Develop in-house ad-hoc reports on the in-market sales/End-customer performance; setup a Sales Tracing system in place for the Distribution countries, coordinate the Distributors Sell-out collection
*Assess the Sales Force Effectiveness and Distributor Performance and come-up with recommendations; coordinate the collection of the Sales Force and Distribution Quotas within the CEE Region; analyse the SFDC usage/adoption through regular reporting and analytics
*Collect the CEE loaner and install base (HW on the market) and create/maintain a comprehensive database
*Design and launch NEW CEE Sales Hierarchies in SAP; support the roll-out of the SAP Sales Hierarchy within the Emerging Markets Region; drive the maintenance of the Emerging Markets SAP Sales Hierarchy;
*Work closely with the Sales Leaders in order to ensure an up-to-date Sales Hierarchy in SAP; ensure an accurate Customer Database through regular analysis/assessments
*Work very closely with the other functions within the Sales Ops department: SFDC, Analytics Team, Pricing

Requirements for the Sales Operations Analyst role:

*Excellent analytical skills with ability to handle large sets of data and understanding of how to best utilize the data in the most efficient way
*Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel including VBA, Access and Power Point
*Tableau, SQL, SAP, Business Objects, Salesforce.com are a distinct advantage
*Problem solving, proactive approach and inquisitive personality with ability to see a solution
*Quick learner who can adapt to a fast paced business environment
Other Requirements:
*Team player with good interpersonal skills
*Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
*3 years' experience of sales / commercial / business analysis
*Good written and verbal communication skills. English fluency is required, additional languages are an advantage
*Travel required around 10%-20%
