* Independently do consulting projects as a team leader/team member.
* Conduct public training events with the Staufen Academy.
* Customize training materials according to requirements of clients.
* Prepare project/workshop documentation in a structured and logic way.
* Support business development including writing proposals, developing service products, etc.
