Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities:

- Set strategy in order to increase cooperation and reinforce the company´s visibility on the relevant market
- Achieve the annual growth budget
- Lead multifunctional teams to ensure that the company retains current business
- Lead by example to increase the customer satisfaction
- Develop a team of account managers and customer service representatives within a high performance culture
- Work closely with colleagues of Logistic and Sales teams
- Cooperate closely with the finance team to ensure that customer relationships remain reasonable in terms of financial aspects for all sides
- Contribute to regional strategic direction as an active member of the country leadership team

Qualification & Experience:

- University degree in Business Studies
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Logistics Services and/or Sales experience
- Experience in a Retail, FMCG or Logistcs enviroment
- At least 3 years of leaderhsip experience

- Fluent in Czech and English
- Result driven mentality
- Strong relationship builder
- Teamplayer with an energizing attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Worked successfully in a matrix structure
