Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Engage in pre-sales, sales and after-sales activities for comprehensive B2G solutions in CEE, Russia and CIS countries
- Act as a technical reference for our customers, providing them technical support
- Provide strong technical advices and opinions internally and externally
- Actively lead in the identification and qualification process of potential opportunities
- Define, manage and develop customer requirements integration across complex systems and processes
- Actively participate in the offers to our customers upon sales requests
- Inform technical teams of market's feedback to drive specifications and development
- Manage and coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams

In order to strengthen their Sales Organisation in CEE , Russia and CIS we are looking for an experienced Government Solution Manager.

Personality requirements and skills
- Master degree in engineering or in a relevant technical field
- Minimum Five years of international experience in active support of sales or business development with an exposure to B2G business, ideally towards financial, trade, customs and tax authorities in CEE, Russia and CIS countries
- Fluent in English and Russian (native Russian speaker preferred), any other central and eastern European language will be an asset
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders
- Attentive to detail, customer centric with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Established project management skills with the ability to lead internal cross-functional teams and/or manage relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Flexibility to frequently travel internationally, with short to medium stays abroad
