Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Taking responsibility for one of the company's product ranges which is also a top brand on the market,
- Developing power tools marketing and sales strategy based on the long-term trends marked out by Business Unit,
- Active participation in creation of a long-term business development strategy, in order to increase sales effectiveness and visibility of the managed product groups,
- Coordination and ongoing support of implemented marketing strategy for individual brands, including the logistic planning,
- Analysis of market data segment, competitors' actions and performance of products, examining trends and search for methods development, preparing marketing and price reports for the purpose of team,
- Responsibility for the pricing strategy and profit margin and ROI of the dedicated product range,
- Multilevel communication and sales support through effective implementation of relevant promotional activities including effective BTL marketing communications,
- Close cooperation with the head office of the company in dedicated location, local sales department and other departments for effective performance,
- Planning, management and control of marketing budget for each stage of the project.

Due to the expansion of their regional marketing team based in Poland, we are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious marketing professional to join one of the Bosch's Business Units in the position of Regional Brand Manager (CZ/SK).

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Czech - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- 4+ years of product/brand management experience gained in an international company (preferably in Electronic Goods sector),
- Experience with managing a marketing budget and in creating and implementing BTL campaigns,
- Proven success in supporting multi-functional sales teams, understanding of how different sales channels function,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills,
- Dynamic, result-driven and self-disciplined individual,
- Experience in working in a multi-national environment,
- Good command of Czech and fluent English are a must. Polish will be definitively an additional asset.
