Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Deploy the Corporate HR Strategic Plan through the Group's sites in Eastern Europe
* Collaborate with the Chief HR Officer and Corporate HR Team in Central Headquarters for matters impacting the global HR services and HR strategy in Eastern Europe
* Design the Eastern Europe Region's HR strategic plan in accordance with the strategic direction of the GA Executive Committee and Corporate HR Function
* Lead Budget activity for all Personnel items for all CEE operations, set budget guidelines.
* Lead Annual Compensation and Bonus review for all CEE operations, set target guidelines and insure compliance with budget objectives
* Apply and ensure compliance the global & regional HR policies, procedures and initiatives within the Regional (Plants and Technical Center)
* Support Plant & TCO HR functions to ensure consistent, standardized approach with regard to Labor Relations, Employee Practices/Policies, Compensation, HRIS Utilization (SAP) and Personnel Development.
* Benchmark, analyze and make recommendations regarding competitive HR practices within the market. (i.e., compensation, benefits, labor practices, work environment, legal requirements, etc.)
* Establish and implement talent management program of the region
* Lead corporate communication efforts for region
* Support CEE management regarding HR functions including recruitment, hiring and retention efforts for the region
* Provide coaching and counseling for management regarding employee relations and motivation
* Support territory management with defining organizational structure
* Coordinate and monitor Health and Safety Objectives with Global H&S Coordinato

* Relevant university degree with focus in HR management
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive, generalist HR Management experience preferably in the automotive sector
* Experience in working within an international environment
* Know-how in driving and supporting significant organizational and cultural change within lean manufacturing/operations environments required
* Exceptional track record in managing and maintaining governance and compliance through teams
* Experience managing a diverse, collaborative, productive team
* Track record of strong people leadership capabilities - attracting, retaining, motivating/engaging and developing direct reports
* Ability to analyze, identify, develop policies and procedures
* Exhibit a proactive, highly adaptable, levelheaded management approach
* Results oriented strategic thinker
* Fluent in English and at least one CEE language
* Ability to travel to various locations, as deemed necessary; flexible to work additional hours or shift schedule as needed to support the needs of the business
