Tasks but not limited to the mentioned below:
* Participation in the development of the products, feasibility studies and project calculations in collaboration with the Headquarter;
* Continuous development of the materials and technology concepts in the ongoing projects at the site;
* Planning of implementation of processes and methods in accordance with the company policies and requirements;
* Planning and implementation of company principles in the development and improvement of the production processes;
* Overall responsibility for the whole department, following up on the KPIs and setting up the goals and reaching the targets by the team members;
* Professional and disciplinary guidance and supervision of the team members;
* Planning and organization of education and training for the team members;
* Responsibility for H&S, industrial safety and accident prevention within the department;
* Coordination of the projects with other department heads at the site and with the Headquarter;
* Implementation of customer-specific requirements in to the relevant projects;
* Intensive cooperation with the Headquarter and take on tasks from the Headquarter.
* Regular reporting to GM of the local entity on the technical and qualitative status of current projects.
