Job description, responsibilities and duties

On behalf of our Client, the adidas Group, a multinational corporation, one of the world leading companies in the design and manufacture of sports shoes, clothing and accessories headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Germany, we are currently looking for a Franchise & Key Account Manager Slovakia/ Hungary (M/F) to be based in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Relationship management with existing Franchise customers;
* Implementing Franchise strategy to increase a Franchise business model serving the specific needs of Franchise customers with the support of the Sales Director for SK/HU;
* Providing input for franchise strategy preparations;
* Responsibility for forecasting of this sales group;
* Responsibility for managing of outstanding debts.

KPIs include, but are not limited to:

* Net sales with Franchise customers/ stores (sell-in);
* Net sales of Franchise customers/ stores (sell-out);
* Net margin with Franchise customers/ stores (sell-in);
* Net margin of Franchise customers/ stores (sell-out);
* Specific franchise stores KPIs.

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

* University degree in business ideally with sales & marketing focus;
* At least 5 years' experience in sales, marketing in consumer driven industry within both markets of Slovakia and Hungary;
* Fluent in Slovak, Hungarian and English;
* Active user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
* Proactive and reliable approach and attitude to work.
