Country Manager Cz & Sk - Consumer Healthcare (m/f)

Work as a key member of the Central Eastern European leadership team to develop and implement business plans with particular focus on sales & marketing, business development, planning and forecasting.

Be responsible for the P&L management and for delivering the agreed net sales and operating income targets.

Lead, coach and develop the country organization and the local team responsible for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services & Customer Services.

Regularly interface with European supporting functions and external organizations such as customers and vendors.

Conduct market research and develop and execute the marketing strategy including new product launches, marketing activities, pricing and POS visibility.

Generate new business opportunities and increase the revenue with existing customers.

Analyze and optimize sales processes, field sales results and other KPIs to ensure a high performance culture and modifies strategies according to the changing market environment.

Participate in determining overall market strategy and direction.

Create and sustain a collaborative team environment.

Be responsible for local Governance and Compliance matters, especially Business Ethics.

Take ownership for employee engagement and development with support from HR.

Deepen and strengthen the local talent pool.

Mentor high potentials and ensure they are part of the global talent review process.

Define the personal development needs of the direct reports.
