Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Definition and implementation of sales strategy and portfolio
management.
- Managing all sales channels (On Trade. Off Trade) with main focus
on retail segment.
- Development of sales network and its exteding.
- Revision of the clients’ segmentation.
- Responsible for sales and supply of comodities to all customer
segments and develops sales relations with key and big customers.
- Covering the product pricing, sales controlling and reporting,
campaign management, marketing strategy and activities.
- Managing team of 4 direct managers

- experience in Sales Manager position at least 5 years in FMCG sector
- experience with people managemnet
- good relations with retail international and domestic chains
