Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing administration of SAP purchase orders and SRM contracts (including creation of Generic PO’s, PO issue clarification, PO changes/modifications)
• Logging support queries accurately and in detail within ticketing tool, i.e. user information, source of queries, description of problem and solution
• Close interaction with Procurement, Internal stakeholders, EBSC, IS
• Performing administrative reviews (e.g. check terms and conditions, check that PO issuing complies with Mondelez standards)
• Problem solving related to buying tool
• Testing of technical release changes

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Bulgarian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What do you need to be successful?

• Fluent English and Bulgarian language, other European languages of advantage.
• Experience working in SSC/Outsourcing environment within a large international environment for 1-2 years
• Demonstrated success in business process ideally gained in Accounts Payable or Sourcing/Purchasing
• Proven experience in data processing, computer applications, or call center applications
• Experience working with international teams
• Analytical, precise and well organized
• Strong systems skills: SAP R3, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point...)
• Good team player
