Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your responsibilities will be:
* Keep month-end closing deadlines for Accounts Payable according to company closing calendar
* Communication with bith internal as well as external customers
* ensure effective communication with suppliers who contact bussines centre with queries related to invoices via phone and email
* prepare analysis of accounts as requested
* monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
* Support resolution of invoice discrepancies and issues
correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries (phone, mail)
* assist with month end closing
* Maintain Vendor files
