Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Performing administrative Vendor Master Data verifications
• Handle and follow up of all queries related to vendor master data
• Performing Restricted Party Screening (“RPS”) for all new vendors
• Provides analysis and interpretation of findings to the Procurement units
• Regular interaction with Procurement, EBSC VMD & other stakeholders
• Problem solving related to Vendor Master (for blocked vendors, duplicate vendors etc.)
• Reporting on regular basis for Management
• Using electronic ticketing tool to capture all requests
• Communication via phone or email with vendors in foreign countries
• Testing of technical release changes if applicable

• Fluent English language with Italian language
• Experience working in SSC/Outsourcing environment within a large international environment for 2-3 years
• Demonstrated success in business process ideally gained in
• Sourcing/Purchasing or Accounts Payable areas
• Proven experience in data processing, computer applications, management information system or call center applications
• Good team player
• Analytical, precise and well organized
• Strong systems skills: SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point...)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
