Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure local facility management agenda including regional project execution in cooperation with regional procurement team.
• Tracking and continuous improvement of buying activities within the responsibilities by using the appropriate measurement system.
• Preparation and planning of the negotiations for major agreements within the responsibility in the Country.
• Ensure all relevant reporting is prepared and submitted timely and accurately. Document activities and provide data as requested.
• Maintain business relationship with suppliers in order to maximize the value of the suppliers to the business and ensure contract adherence.
• Execute the Procurement part of the new product development and promotion projects in the BU and Country Operations.
• Execute the process of collecting and analyzing information on suppliers, competitors, feedstocks and the market and provide the meaningful analysis for strategy development and negotiations.
• Establish and maintain dialogue and processes in order to ensure the customers’ needs are defined and met.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What do you need to be successful?

• University degree (Engineering is preferred)
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel advanced), business applications (SAP)
• Fluent English, Hungarian is an advantage
• Negotiation and communication skills, presentation skills
• Project Management
• Market Intelligence
• Supplier Relationship
• Buying Negotiation
• Minimum 2-3 years in Procurement or related business experience
• Driving licence
• Advantage facility management experience/knowledge
