Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Process Management and Process analytics:
- As part of the BPM/BPA team in Bratislava, provide the Process management and process mapping support for the business processes from documenting the “As-is” to defining the “To-Be” process.
- Support the specific Process analytics to ensure that right health metric is in place to be able to assess the process health and identify improvement opportunities and gaps.
- Support the respective Global / Regional Business Process Lead to scope the project and establish the outcome.
- Manage the project team to ensure right outcome is defined and scoped.
- Support the deployment of the current Global BPE capability framework, align with the stakeholders and keep it current as the organization matures in its BPE journey.
- Bring expertise on the table for implementation of the BPE capability framework for the assigned Business Process with the clear defined measures of success.
- Manage the development of Training Material and/or seek alignment with the agreed subject Matter expert pool/lead.
- Support the preparation of project charters being brought by the participants and provide guidance to the projects on project KPIs and metric.
- Manage progress on the select projects and support logical completion of projects

* Post Graduate/Professional qualification or MBA/MCA from Premier Institute
* Certified Six Sigma Black belt, Master Black Belt certification will be an added advantage.
* At least 8+ years; 4-6 Years of Relevant Experience in Lean/Six Sigma.
* Experience in SAP and tools for Business Process Analytics (like SAP BPA)
* Strong communication, organizational, negotiating, process-oriented and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the organisation
* Excellent team management skills
* Business Process Improvement projects deliver set expectations.
* The BPE capability framework defined is robust and meets Mondelez requirements.
* Robust Process Mgmt. and Process analytics implemented.
