Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Process Management and Process analytics:
- Identify and execute continuous improvement of the organization’s core processes, including the optimization of Shared Service Centre processes.
- Lead the Process management for the business processes from documenting the “As-is” to defining the “To-Be” process at the global and Regional level using Six Sigma or similar methods.
- Partner with the respective Global / Regional Business Process Lead
- Guide and coach the project team to ensure right outcome is defined and scoped.
- Provide leadership for the successful establishment of a process management and analytics team.
- Lead a small team (1-3) of internal and external
- Drive the current Global BPE capability framework, align with the stakeholders and keep it current as the organization matures in its BPE journey.
- Bring expertise on the table for implementation of the BPE capability framework for the assigned Business Process with the clear defined measures of success through well defined KPIs.
- As part of our MDLZ way of introducing new capability (DIAL) or enhancing them – review project charters being brought by the participants and provide guidance to the projects to ensure acquired skill deployment.
- Monitor / review progress on the selected projects and support logical completion of projects, Advise Project Progress and support logical completion of Projects.

* Post Graduate/Professional qualification or MBA/MCA from Premier Institute
* Certified Six Sigma Black belt / Master Black Belt.
* At least 15+ years working experiences; 6-8 Years of Relevant Experience in Lean/Six Sigma.
* At least 5 years’ experience in SAP and tools for Business Process Analytics
* Strong communication, organizational, negotiating, process-oriented and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the organisation
* Excellent team management skills
* Business Process Improvement projects deliver set expectations.
* The BPE capability framework defined is robust and meets Mondelez requirements.
* Robust Process Mgmt. and Process analytics implemented.
* Certified Six Sigma Black belt / Master Black Belt.
