Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your role is to provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Handle front office duties. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and provide general support to visitors.
- Responsible with researching, presenting and the actual purchase of the office supplies, ensuring that basic supplies are always available.
- Manage the travel desk and ensure travel tickets, hotel bookings and visas are arranged in time for employees planning to undertake visits to foreign countries for official business purpose.
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
- Develop and maintain a filing system. Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Partner with HR and update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
