Poznámka k volnému místu:Morava Wood Products s.r.o. is based in Uničov already 12 years. We specialize in production of solid oak wooden floors. All our facilities are recently after complete reconstruction. As the company keeps growing, we are looking for new colleagues.
LOGISTICS/ACCOUNT MANAGER
If you join our friendly team, you'll overtake the logistics task from colleague who is moving to other position within the company, so you can be sure, that you'll receive good schooling and support. We have established very nice relationships with our suppliers (transport companies) as well as all the internal procedures, which will make your job easier.
So, what will be your tasks?
- After the order is received it comes to you and you become responsible for its registration and you also prepare instructions for production incl. the correct labels etc. (computer skills are considered as essential)
- then you act as a link between the client and production manager, mostly regarding the production date (sometimes you need to be patient and assertive)
- as most of our production goes to other countries, English is a must (it is also official language within the company), other languages, like French, are beneficial
- you need to make sure, that you are ordering warehouse appointments and trucks in time
- proactively be checking whether the plan of shipments is followed, sometimes be able to improvise and find solution for something that seems to be impossible in the beginning but turns into workable in the end
- you coordinate the loading with our warehouse leader and you fill in all the shipping documents (CMR, packing list, invoice…) and send to client
- if the client (or country restrictions) requires, you arrange special documents (like certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, etc)
- beside the full truck (or container) loads you'll be sending pallet shipments (mostly within Czech republic) and parcels with samples
- sometimes you might be asked to find some new options of transport (like special trucks for round wood, railways, etc.) or new destinations
- although we have established very good kinds of cooperation, you are free to investigate new possibilities
