Procurement Manager

Main responsibilities:
- Provides Procurement Leadership and expertise and best value solutions in collaboration with other Management teams
- Develops & deploys robust commodity strategies for the Procurement Organization, with consideration to quality, cost, speed and service requirements, market conditions, risks and exposures, competitive landscape, and projected changes over the strategic planning horizon, global industry trends, suppliers’ capabilities, and overall supply chain expertise
- Uses Regional/National deals & sources and negotiate site agreements with suppliers to support the Procurement strategies for its spend.
- Develops metrics to analyze and measure the supplier performance and lead Preferred & Supplier Quarterly Business reviews in collaboration with internal customers/key stakeholders.
- Identifies and drives cost reduction opportunities & cash improvment
- Maintains knowledge repository on all Corporate supplier relationships and documentation; acts as corporate expert on this matter
- Gains proficiency in procurement tools and processes necessary to manage assigned commodities.
- Maximizes use of electronic procurement tools, where applicable & drive the accuracy of the tool information.
