Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer relationships and technical support requests using e-mail and phone (may need on site visit in few cases)
- Be Initial single point of contact for technology & usage problems for all products and applications. Application includes third party SW & HW
- Problem analysis: isolates & reproduces problem to product or component – solving the problem or transferring to competent department
- Internal communication and cooperation with peers (Delivery Team, Sales, R&D..etc )
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work experience on a similar position at least 3 years
- Administration knowledge and experience with Unix, Linux
- Experience with SQL/ Oracle databases
- Experience with Unix Scripting
- Basic programming skills preferable (Java, Perl, etc)
- Pro-client approach with ability to make good customer relations
- Good communications skills
- Rigorous, strong drive to solve problem, creative problem solving skills
- Ability to learn and react fast, flexibility (in solutions and time)
- Fluent English (communication with clients and internal),
- French is an advantage
